Program Info

A $50.00 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of application for enrollment. Your application will not be processed until this fee is paid in full. Payment can be mailed with the complete registration package or via credit card. Please call the office at 801-772-3131 if you would like to pay with credit card.

Prospective students submitting an application are required to also submit copies of the following documents. Applications may be accepted prior to their receipt; however, students may not start classes without submission of all required documents.

• a copy of your drive'rs license, passport, state issued ID, or birth certificate.
• a copy of your social security card
• copy of your high-school diploma.
• general education diploma (G.E.D.), or ability to benefit exam(available through UVU).
